All candidates in the 2012 OEA General Election may complete this form for inclusion in the Who’s Who of the Candidates that will be published at the www.OmahaOEA.org website following the Friday, February 17, 2012 submission deadline. If candidates choose not to submit information, only their names will be published. Please note, submitting this form will not serve as filing as a candidate.
