There are many variables to consider when placing everyone on the salary schedule. We have attempted to make it as simple as possible. The LSI, sections can be rather lengthy to complete as there can have a teacher who holds a Bachelors and getting a $2,000 LSI. We did not take all the various scenarios into account. This is a spreadsheet that will allow you enter your specific information and determine what your salary will be for the 2020/2021 school year. Remember if you want to see what your monthly amount would be BEFORE taxes or other deductions, you will need to divide by twelve.
Steps to identify the change on your paycheck BEFORE taxes with the new EHA rates for 2020/2021 school year that reflects your situation…
- Identify what type of coverage you have, click the appropriate tab at the bottom of the page.
- Identify what level of education you have completed and submitted the documentation to the district (MA, MA+30, PHD).
- Using the 19/20 salary schedule enter that amount in that cell ‘F’ (it is highlighted), then using the 20/21 salary schedule enter that amount in that cell ‘F’. (The salary schedule is on the OEA Website under the Master Agreement.)
- If you are currently receiving LSI, select the proper LSI, then enter your information.
